We are opening an Indian beach food concept this summer in the Carribean. We are one of the cities top Indian fine dining groups as well as Italian, Mexican, Steakhouse and fast-food concepts.
Your housing, transportation, air-fare, two 2-week paid vacations per year, as well as a great salary and an ownership stake in the business will be paid for.
Our business plan includes rolling this concept on to a dozen other Carribean Islands within the next few years... your responsibility would then be to go to each new location and train the line. We will handle all real-estate, build-outs and front of the house. Your only duty is recruitment and training of kitchen staff. Your partnership will be for every location that you help us to open; in addition to a base salary.
Your responsibilities will be to help standardize an existing menu of Indian fusion as well as to recruit and train the line.
You must have a green card and / or US passport allowing you to travel to St. Martin.. a foreign territory. The location is right on the beach on the Dutch side of the island.
