Hello Dear Members,

The members of IWA family got together on 17th of Jan for the first monthly meeting of this year. It was raining right since morning and our thanks to all member who attended the mornings event despite the torrential rain. Our programme was a talk on Drug Addiction. The organization Yayasan Harapan Permat Hati Kita, Bogor is a drug rehabilitation center. They had send Ms. Elissa, Ms. Natasha and Mr. Ijut to represent them. They shared their experience with us; telling us how they got into this habit, their experience during drug addiction and how they got out of it. The talk was absorbing and very informative.

The programme was attended by 22 ladies and one guest. Mouth watering food was brought by Aparna Narang, Gopi Panjabi and Kavita Mahatani. IWA registered a new member Sujata Goyal and we extend a warm welcome to her. We hope that she will find our association enjoyable.


FEBRUARY 2006

In February, we have arranged for a cooking competition.

We will be celebrating ‘Valentine’s Day’ on 14th Feb. We request all members to come dresses in Valentine colour, i.e. red, pink, violet.



CONDOLENCE

Our member, Diksha Lalchandani and Rajni Ghanshyam lost their mother-in-law recently. May the departed soul rest in peace and God give strength to the breaved family to bear this loss.

ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION

Last but not the least. The new year has already started and it is time to pay your yearly subscription. Due to increase in costs, this year the subscription will be Rp.120,000. We would request you to pay the subscription at the next meeting.
