Dear Members,
It has been along time since the IWA family has met. Our last meeting had to be called of because of the floods in Jakarta. The Committee Members took care to call each member individually to inform about the cancellation but if any one was left out inadvertently, we offer our apologies. Our agenda for the meeting last month was to demonstrate making of vegetarian cake. We will arrange this demonstration at a later date.

The festival of colours is around the corner and this year we plan to celebrate it as
follows:

Place - Restaurant 'Haveli', Jl. H.R. Rasuna Said, Kuningan, Jakarta
Charges - Members : Rp.60,000/-; Guests : Rp.80,000/-;
Our member, Lalita Chunnilal will explain "Dadima ke Nuske" for general good health.
To enable us to organize the programme better, we would request you to confirm your attendance to any one of our Committee Members latest by 15th March, 2002.

In addition to the regular monthly donations, IWA has donated the following items for flood relief through BKKKS on 21st Feb at Kampung Melayu, Jatinegara Barat, Jakarta.

Our Patron, Mrs. Anita Saran, alongwith ten of our Committee Members went personally to distribute the donations.
Apart from this, donations were also sent to Durikosambi, Cenkarang, Jakarta Barat; Yayasan Uswaton in Harsanah Cenkarang, Jakarta Barat and Yayasan Amal Mulia, Kebayoran Lama, Cipulir, Jakarta Selatan. These donations were also sent through BKKKS.

Subscription:
Subscription for the year 2002 falls due on 1st Jan.2002. Members who have not paid the subscription so far are requested to deposit the same at the earliest with our Treasurer.
