| Here
Comes the Bride ! Today,
let me share with you pointers you should follow before you go for
your bridal make-up and list what you should keep in mind after
the wedding.
Pre-wedding
caution :
| o |
Don't
use a haldi paste on the face. It gives the skin a
yellow tinge that's difficult to wash off. |
| o |
Do pre-bridals
(waxing and threading) 2-3 days in advance, so that your
skin isn't irritated. |
| o |
Drink water.
This will hydrate your skin and prevent dry patches and
chapped lips as well. |
| o |
Don't
experiment with products. They can make your skin erupt into
allergic rashes. |
Post-wedding
caution :
| o |
Use
an oil-based eye make-up remover, which will also remove the
lipstick stain. |
| o |
Use cleansing
milk, twice, all over the face and neck. |
| o |
A foaming
face-wash will get rid of all make-up residue. |
| o |
Use a night
cream to rejuvenate your skin the next day. |
| o |
Don't engage in
back-combing with the end of a tail-comb. |
| o |
If you have
used a combination of hair products, have an oil massage the
next day, which will also remove excessive sindoor. |
| o |
Have a deep
conditioning hair treatment after the wedding function. |
