ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Molina
Hazuria is fromFerozepur, Punjab in the North of India, an area
famous for its kebabs and tandoori cooking. She acquired her
cooking skills from her mother and started to practice cooking by
herself at the early age of 12. Since then, she has not only
perfected her cooking skills, but also created a number of recipes
which have gained tremendous popularity.
Molina has been living in
Jakarta for 12 years with her husband and two sons. Four years
after arriving in Jakarta she started teaching Indian cooking at
the International Community Activity Center. She now teaches a
variety of classes including Healthy Cooking, Introducing
Indonesian Fruit and Vegetables, Beginners Cooking and Food
Handling Courses and a number of Indian Cooking classes.
Molina is regularly invited by a
variety of organizations in Jakarta to provide cooking
demonstrations. She has become very well known for her expertise
in the culinary arts which have gained wide reputation. Molina
regularly caters for many parties and functions.
This book is in response to an
over whelming demand from friends and students. Naturally she
dedicates this book to them. |
