cooking. Originally
from Australia, now grown in America. |

Crisp, red, good for eating, okay for cooking (except for
use as
baked apples), great for applesauce, does not store well.

DELICIOUS: Large, sweet, tender, can be mushy, better
for eating than
cooking.
