Orange
- Yogurt Twist

Serves 4-6
Ingredients.
 |
1 packet orange jelly |
 |
¾ cup boiling water |
 |
1 - cup fresh (or packed) Orange juice |
 |
2 cups yogurt (curd) slightly beaten with a whisk |
 |
1 orange peeled into segments |
 |
½ cup cream |
Dissolve jelly in hot water and cool to room temperature. Stir in orange juice
and yogurt until smooth. Refrigerate until mixture begins to set.
Remove from fridge and whip until mixture is foamy Remove pith from orange segments.
Cut segments into small pieces and add to the mixture. Beat cream until
fluffy and fold into mixture. Refrigerate until set.
Decorate with orange slices.
