New Preliminary Research Study on Antioxidant Protection of Purple Grape Juice

New research may make some of us re-think what juice we're drinking in the morning.

Studies have shown that purple grape juice provide far greater antioxidant protection than orange juice. In fact, orange juice had virtually no antioxidant.

The take home message is that people who are looking to maintain a healthy cardiovascular function through increased antioxidant consumption might prefer a glass of purple grape juice in the morning to orange juice.
