Survey
A pre-move survey will help us establish the particular requirements of your family and ensure that the move is handled just the way you would like. Our consultant will discuss with you:

- Timing of your move: packing, transit time, delivery.
- Shipping mode (sea / air / trucking).
- Special crating for ceramics, piano, crystal, antiques, etc.
- Size of your shipment and kinds of containers available.
- Documentation.
- Destination import regulations.

Quotation
- Based on the pre-move survey we will prepare a quotation for your full door-to-door move.
- We will also provide information on the cost of insuring your shipment.
- If there is a specific agent at your destination that you've worked with before and you were satisfied with, we are happy to work with them. Otherwise, we will recommend one from our network of hand-picked partners in each country – each one a market leader in their area – to ensure you get the move you're looking for at the price you want.

Insurance
- Although we take all the necessary precautions to avoid mishaps, accidents do happen. We recommend that you take full replacement value for your goods during transit.
- You should prepare your detailed insurance inventory well ahead of packing time. You might also want to take photographs of any valuable pieces.
- Coverage for extended storage is available for an additional premium.  

Packing
- We've sourced the best packing materials available in Indonesia today. A selection will be brought to your residence on the agreed packing date. Our experienced crew knows just which kind of paper to use for every occasion.
- Your home can be packed in any order you require.
- In order to avoid wasted space, we will inter-pack pillows, soft toys and similar items inside cabinets, under the tables etc.
- The supervisor will label each box. The numbered boxes will then have their contents copied to your inventory sheet. You will be asked to sign this at the end of packing and will receive a copy as confirmation.
- Loading into lift-vans or directly into the container will take place in front of your residence.

Warehousing
- Your personal effects will be transported to our secure warehouse facility.
- Depending on visa regulations in your new country and availability of your new residence, your goods can be stored at competitive market rates or shipped on the first available vessel. We will offer you one month complimentary storage.

Shipping
Will be arranged by the mode that was agreed on
Transit time, frequency of vessels, optimal departure or delivery date will be discussed ahead of time. We will take care of all the port formalities. A list of required documents will be given to you

Delivery
- Our partner agent at the destination will be in touch with you ahead of the shipment's arrival to collect the necessary documents and pre-arrange the delivery date.
- Once the customs formalities are completed, your shipment will arrive at your doorstep.
- Unpacking and positioning of your major items will be offered and the small items will be taken out of the boxes if you wish.
- Debris, packing materials will be removed at the end of unpacking.
- Should any damages be noted, a report will be prepared so that we can follow up with the insurer.
