Vegetarian Chocolate Cake

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups flour

  • 2 cups sugar

  • 2 teaspoons baking soda

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 6 tablespoons cocoa powder

  • 2 tablespoons vinegar

  • 3/4 cup oil

  • 2 teaspoons vanilla

  • 2 cups water

Stir the entire mixture and bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Frost
as desired or dust with powdered sugar.
