Churma Laddoo

Ingredients Quantities
Whole Wheat Flour (atta) 500  gms.
Semolina (rava) 8  tbsps.
Sugar Powder 3/4  cup
Ghee 500  gms.
Milk as required  
Green Cardamom Powder 1/4  tsp.
Cashewnuts (chopped) 1  tbsp.
Almonds (chopped) 1  tbsp.
Raisins 1  tbsp.

Method of preparation
  1. Mix flour and semolina. Add 2 tablespoons of ghee and mix well. Add milk as required and knead into a dough stiff .
  2. Divide into 20 even sized balls. Heat ghee and deep fry, a few balls at a time, on medium heat, till they are well done.
  3. Drain and cool.
  4. Powder the wheat balls when cool into a coarse powder.
  5. Heat 6 tablespoons of ghee and fry the coarse powder for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Add powdered sugar, cardamom powder, cashewnuts, almonds and raisins to it.
  7. Form into laddoos when it is still warm.
