Churma Laddoo

Wheat Flour (atta) |
500 gms. |
| Semolina
(rava) |
8 tbsps. |
| Sugar
Powder |
3/4 cup |
| Ghee |
500 gms. |
| Milk |
as
required |
| Green
Cardamom Powder |
1/4 tsp. |
| Cashewnuts
(chopped) |
1 tbsp. |
| Almonds
(chopped) |
1 tbsp. |
| Raisins |
1 tbsp. |

Method of preparation |
- Mix flour and semolina. Add 2 tablespoons of ghee and mix
well. Add milk as required and knead into a dough stiff
.
- Divide into 20 even sized balls. Heat ghee and deep fry, a
few balls at a time, on medium heat, till they are well
done.
- Drain and cool.
- Powder the wheat balls when cool into a coarse powder.
- Heat 6 tablespoons of ghee and fry the coarse powder for
2-3 minutes.
- Add powdered sugar, cardamom powder, cashewnuts, almonds
and raisins to it.
- Form into laddoos when it is still warm.
