Jalapeno Salad
Dressing
Ingredients:
-
1/4 Cup fresh jalapeno---seeded.

1/3 Cup Olive oil.
-
2 tblsp fresh lime juice.
-
2 1/2 tblsp sherry vinegar.
-
1/2 tsp Dijon mustard.
-
1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper.
METHOD
In a blender combine all ingredients except the olive oil and whirl 1-2
minutes.
with machine running,add olive oil 1 tablespoon at a time. Chill. serve.
