RESHMI KABAB

INGREDIENTS

1/4 kg chicken mince

1/2 egg
-
1/2 tbsp cumin powder
-
1/2 tbsp red chilly powder
-
1/2 tbsp white pepper powder
-
3 tbsp ground cashew nuts
-
1 tsp ginger paste
-
1 tbsp onion chopped
-
2 - 3 tbsp chopped coriander
leaves
-
1/4 tsp garam masala powder
-
2 tbsp oil
-
Butter
-
Salt to taste
METHOD
Add beaten egg, cumin powder, chilly powder, white pepper
powder, salt and oil to the chicken mince and mix well. Keep
this mixture aside for abt 15 - 20 minutes.
Then add cashew nut, chopped onions, coriander leaves and
garam masala. Mix thoroughly. Divide into equal portions and
shape into kabab,s on skewers. Grease a non stick pan and
cook.
Brush with butter while cooking.
When done , serve hot with Sauce or Poodina chutney.
