ROSE FLAVOURED LASSI

INGREDIENTS

  • Yogurt 12 oz

  • Fresh cream 3 tbsp

  • Ice cubes

  • Rose water 1 tbsp

  • Caster sugar 4 tbsp { or little more to taste }

METHOD
Put yogurt, cream, rose water and sugar in a blender and blend for 1 minute.
Add in the ice cubes and continue blending for another 1 minute, by now the drink will be frothy.
Put into tall glasses and serve.
