Tangy Pork Chops
Preparation and cooking time: 20

Brown 4 boneless pork loin chops in alarge non-stick skillet with
½ teaspoon vegetable oil. Stir in ½ cup of cranberry sauce/fruit
jam and tablespoon each of prepared mustard and vinegar. Cover and
simmer gently for 5 minutes. Serve with cornbread and your
favorite vegetables.
