Veg Tikka Kebab
Ingredients:

1/2 cup soya mince
-
1/4 green capsicum with juice squeezed and
drained and reserve the grated capsicum
-
2-3 tsps oil
-
some coriander leaves finely chopped
-
green chilis chopped
-
salt to taste
-
1 full tsp tandoori masala
-
pinch of cumin seed powder
-
1 tsp lemon juice
-
bread crumbs-1 slice
Method

Soak the veg kheema in 3/4 cup of water till soft and tender. Drain the
water.Grate 1/4 capsicum put it through a sieve and drain away all the juice.
Mix 1/2 of the grated capsicum into the kheema and coarsely grind it. Not too
fine, just a minute in a pestle and mortar.

Add the balance, tikka masala and all the other ingredients. Mix it well with
the hand. Add the oil and salt to taste. Take a small potion and with a wooden
spoon mold it onto the back of the handle and grill it on the flame till done.

Serve it with mint chutney.
