POTATO
SALAD

Ingredients
:
6 medium sized potatoes
1 onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup olive oil
3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon crushed basil (tulsi)
2 tablespoons chopped coriander
or parsley
salt and pepper to taste

Method
:
For the dressing, combine
vinegar, olive oil, coriander, onion and basil.
Boil the potatoes and when cool,
peel and dice them.
Add the dressing and season with
salt and pepper.
Serve chilled.

YOGURT
SALAD
|
Ingredients :
1 bowl fresh yogurt
1/2 a tomato, finely chopped
1/2 an onion, finely chopped.
1/2 a cucmber, finely chopped.
2 brocolli florets, finely chopped.
1/2 a carrot, finely chopped.
salt to taste.
1/2 tsp. chaat masala.

Method
:
Take a bowl add fresh curd,
cucumber, tomatoes, fine chopped onions, fine chopped carrots,
fine chopped broccoli salt to taste, chaat masala. Mix well
keep it in a freezer for an hour or so. Serve it cool.
