Deliveries take place between 8am to 8pm.Please specify in advance if you want delivery at a certain time, we will try to do it for you.
Additional charge of 10 dollars is imposed incase of a specific time. Guarantee of delivery in tat time is then given

Please note that all orders that receive before 12 pm Indonesian Times (GMT + 7.00) can be delivered in the same day to JAKARTA and all
orders that receive before 12.00 am. can be delivered to up-country in the same day.

For certain cities like Medan, Makassar, Pontianak, Pekan Baru, we cannot guarantee the colour of flowers and also its availability on the same day

For all orders the same day delivery can be arranged as long as provided the orders comes before 3:00 PM Indonesian Time (GMT + 7.00) 12.00 noon

Orders received after 12.00 noon PM Indonesian Time (GMT + 7.00)  will be delivered on the following day (except holidays and festive seasons).

To guarantee the availability of stocks on peak season delivery like X-mas Day, Valentine's Day or Mother's please order at least 2 days in advance

Place your order earlier and we will try our best to meet your desired delivery date and time. In certain areas, due to unavailability of delivery service, delivery requested on Sunday or Public Holiday may be delivered "a day earlier" or "a day after" the requested date. 

Incomplete address, information or phone numbers may delay delivery

Flowers can not be delivered to P.O. boxes and some rural areas
