BUNKER’S GOLF CLUB GUIDELINES

Games : We plan to do 3 major tournaments ( independence, diwali and baisakhi ) and atleast 4-5 more depending on the availability of courses, weather , holidays etc. As usual the committee will endeavor to accommodate one free tournament for all the members.

Subscription : The yearly subscription fee for bunkers club is RP 500,000 and can be deposited at the following account number:

Kindly inform Mr. Sarwan Kumar once the fee is transferred VIA e-mail sarwank@spm.co.id or VIA SMS at 0811 155933. Please do not forget to notify about the transfer along with your name.
Only paid members are entitled to participate in tournaments / events / goody bags / trophies ( if any ) organized and provided by the club.

New Members : A lot of golfers are interested in joining the club. Please bring in as many new active members as possible.

Guests : Guest participation for the games is welcome, although we would rather prefer them to become members. There will be a special provision of prize for the winner amongst the guests provided there is a min of one flite ( 4 guests ) playing and the committee has been informed in advance about their participation.


Handicaps : The max permissible handicap is 24. The handicaps will be maintained by the club and endorsed by the captain Mr. Raju Vijayavargiya. Each player is required to sign in his score card which will be maintained by the person with the lowest handicap, within the flite.

Club Champion : The overall club champion will be decided on the basis of the individuals’ net score ( on an adjusted handicap) of the 3 major tournaments.

Apart from the above basic guidelines, we would like to inform / request the following,

Sponsors : The committee encourages all members to come forward and support as much as possible for the benefit of the club, which in turn will benefit all. We thank all the sponsors in the previous year and as gesture, their logos / names have been incorporated in this communication. We are working on the financial aspects of advertising in our regular e-mail correspondences, which will be informed in the subsequent communications.
Tournament dates : the tentative dates of the tournaments planned for this year is as under:

9. Sunday 18th April 2003 ( baisakhi major )

The venues will be informed as and when they are decided.

We would like to inform all members that our honorable ambassador, Mr. Hemant
Krishan Singh, who is a keen golfer himself, graced the baisakhi tournament held at gunung geulis on 3rd April. We welcome him to the club.
