Today is the teacher's day
The day so bright and gay,
Let's stop all work and play
For humble teachers' let us pray
Today is teacher's day.

Today a great teacher was born
Whose page from history
will never be torn.
His memories are here to stay,
Today is teacher's day.

They dedicate themselves, they sacrifice,
To make us learned and wise.
Like a bright shining lighthouse,
They always show us the way,
Today is teachers' day!
