Be sure you have the correct power outlet adapter for the country you're visiting.

Buy a larger memory card. It will hold
more picture files. Use your camera's maximum file size only if you plan on
printing your pictures.

Help! My camera died! Try re-loading or
replacing your batteries. Gently clean the battery contacts with a pencil eraser. For real emergencies, a one-time-use camera is a good backup.
