Various Types of Wine:

Spanish Wines:
Artardi Viejos 1998 & Hacienda Monasterio 1998 In
Indonesia, good Spanish wines are difficult to get.
Both of these wines are New Style’Wines, made to drink
fairly early, 4-5 years. These wines are made from a
combination of Tinto de Pais, grave variety combined
with Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.

Rhone Valley (French)
- Vieux Telegraphe - Chateauneuf du
Pape 1998
Made form grapes with average age of 55 years. It is
a blend of 70% Granachem 15% Syrah, 5% Cinsault + 10%
others. This is undoutable one of the most famous estates
in Chateauneuf du Pape and has been given a very high
rating from Robert Parker.
- Chateau Beaucastel, Domaine Pent
1998
With an average age of vines up to 50 years, this is
a stunning wine. Made from 30% Granache, 30% Mourvedre,
10% Syrah, 10% Counoise, 5% Cinsault and others. Chateau
Beaucastel produce the longest lived wines of the Southern
Rhone.

Bordeaux (French)
- Baham Hart frion 1998
This is the “second wine” of Chateau Hard Brion one of
the tine Premier Grand Crus of Bordeaux and the only one
from the grave area Rated by Robert & Parker as equivalent
to a 3rd growth, it is a blend of 45% Cabernet Sauvignon,
37% Merlot and 18% Cabernet Franc. They produce an avenge
4,000 acres per year.
- Chateau Monbousquet 1998
St Emilion Grand Cru. Average age of the vines are 35
yearsm a blend of 60% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Franc and 10%
Cabernet Sauvignon, equivalent to a 3rd growth wine.
This is a superstar wine from St. Emilion.
