Dhanurasana

The Bow is often called the anti-aging pose, due to its pronounced effect on the endocrine system. The simulation of the gonads (sex glands) postpones the onset of menopause and old age. There is a general toning of all the abdominal organs. The spine becomes resilient, posture is improved, and the cause of many backaches is removed.
