Come Join! Isha Indonesia Holds Free Yoga & Meditation Sessions
for Hundreds to Celebrate International Yoga Day 2025
In celebration of the International Day of Yoga (IDY) this June, Isha Indonesia warmly invites everyone to participate in free yoga and meditation sessions aimed at fostering inner balance, mental clarity, and emotional resilience. Open to all — no prior experience required — these sessions will be held throughout June both online and at multiple locations nationwide, including in Jakarta, as well as Bali.
Guided by experienced Isha Yoga facilitators, each 45 to 60-minute session will introduce simple yet powerful practices designed to enhance wellbeing and reduce stress. A highlight of the program is the Miracle of Mind Experience, a glimpse into the “Miracle of Mind” app that’s offered entirely free of charge —no fees, no ads – with the sole purpose: to help individuals become more conscious, meditative, and resilient in the face of life’s challenges.
Participants will also receive resources to help them continue the practices at home.
Celebration of International Day will take place on Saturday 21 June, at Anindhaloka – a
community center in South Jakarta with highlights:
• 45–90 min guided yoga & meditation sessions
• Completely free of charge
• Available for online and in-person
• Session will be conducted in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Designed to promote wellbeing, inner balance, emotional resilience, and beginners are welcome
Part of a global movement to make yoga accessible to all, this initiative provides a fun and
meaningful way for Indonesians to celebrate IDY, and experience firsthand the benefits of these timeless practices for Well-being of Body and Miracle of Mind — which is the theme of IDY 2025.
Isha Indonesia extended its commitment to holistic well-being throughout June by offering a series of complimentary yoga and meditation sessions to diverse communities across Jakarta and Bali. These programs were conducted in collaboration with prominent corporations and institutions, including Hotel Borobudur, Teka Showroom, The Westin Jakarta, JNICC (The Indian Embassy in Jakarta), Quadra, SMAN Bali Mandara, and Universitas Udayana.
As part of this expansive outreach, Isha Indonesia also hosted a unique public event, the
“Walkathon Silent Walk,” on Sunday, June 8, 2025. Participants, including wellness enthusiasts and social media influencers participated in a silent, mindful walk followed by a guided meditation session in a local park. The event aimed to promote inner stillness, mental clarity, and a deeper sense of community awareness.
These initiatives reflect Isha Indonesia’s ongoing efforts to make powerful yogic tools accessible to all, fostering physical health and mental balance.
