Pesenggiri is a two-day cultural experience that honors the spirit of Pi’il Pesenggiri, a core philosophy of Lampungnese identity that celebrates self-respect, dignity, and community pride.
This year’s theme, “Threads of Tradition”, will explore the rich cultural exchanges that shaped tapis cloth, Lampung’s iconic textile, highlighting not only Javanese and Balinese influences but also our Kindred Nations of Asia through art, performance, and storytelling.
The event will feature:
- Spectacular Dance Performances with Kitapoleng Bali
- Pesenggiri Artspace, an immersive art and heritage exhibition
- Cultural Workshops: Cooking classes, Sundowner Painting, Photography Workshop, Sustainable Business Workshop, and more
- Local Music Showcases
- Temu Rasa & Rupa Market: Curated SME’s experiences and celebrating local cuisine & culture
The event is free and open to the public, with special invites for VIP sessions.
