Grilled chicken breast is a tasty and healthy lunch option. It’s high in protein, which gives you energy to get through the day. Grilling is also healthier than frying—as long as you don’t burn it. Make sure to remove the skin before cooking. Here’s what you’ll need and how to make it:
Grilled Lemon Chicken
Ingredients:
- 250 grams of skinless chicken breast, cleaned
- 2 shallots
- 1 clove of garlic
- Salt
- Pepper
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Lemon
How to make it:
1. Mix the shallots, garlic, salt, pepper, olive oil, and lemon juice in a blender jar.
2. Use a chopper/blender until everything is blended.
3. Coat the chicken breast with the marinade and let it sit for 15 minutes.
4. Grill the chicken for 10–15 minutes in an oven or airfryer.
5. Serve with brown rice or boiled potatoes.
*Fun fact: Skinless chicken breast is one of the best sources of lean protein. It’s low in fat but packed with protein, which helps build muscles and keeps you full longer. Just 100 grams gives you about 30 grams of protein!
