The Indoindians Self-Love & Mindfulness Afternoon is a thoughtfully curated coffee-afternoon gathering designed to create space for reflection, calm, and conscious connection.

Through meaningful conversations on gratitude and self-identity, guided meditation, and an interactive journaling session, participants are invited to turn inward, practice mindfulness, and nurture self-care in a supportive, welcoming environment.

Set in a relaxed lounge setting, this afternoon offers a gentle break from everyday routines โ€” a moment to breathe, reflect, and leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and inspired.
