Jakarta Fair Kemayoran 2025 is Southeast Asia’s Biggest Public Festival.
Jakarta Fair Kemayoran (JFK) is back this year with its 56th edition, taking place from June 19 to July 13, 2025 at JIExpo Kemayoran. This massive 25-day trade and entertainment festival is one of the longest-running annual events in Indonesia and celebrates Jakarta’s 498th anniversary.
A Historic Celebration
First launched in 1968 by then-Governor Ali Sadikin, the Jakarta Fair was envisioned as a major exhibition to boost trade and public celebration. It has now grown into the largest fair of its kind in Southeast Asia.
This Year’s Theme: Promoting Innovation and Local Industry
The main theme for 2025 is:
“Jakarta Fair Kemayoran Supports Indonesia’s Progress through Innovation and Sustainable National Creativity”
The sub-theme emphasizes support for local industries:
“Let’s Grow and Strengthen MSMEs and the Creative Industry to Compete on the International Stage”
This reflects a strong focus on empowering micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) and the creative sector.
