Remember the saying “Everything in moderation”?

It is true: be it chocolate or exercise. To remain healthy from your youthful to mature years, my suggestion is that you :

1 Embark on a moderate and regular regime of exercise, such as swimming and brisk walking, that doesn’t put too mush stress on your bones but does offer cardiovascular benefits.
2 Make an effort to understand a little more your body: the muscles and its functions so that you can not only create the body shape you want, but also work out and play games.
3 Continue stretching your joints and muscles as they tend to tighten with age.
4 Count on yourself.
