Ingredients:
- 500 gmsΒ Β Β Β Β Β Β Β sliced Salmon fish
- 3Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β TomatoesΒ Β Β chopped
- 1 tspΒ Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Red chilly powder
- 1 tspΒ Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β GingerΒ Β / garlic paste
- 1/4 cupΒ Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Yoghurt
- 2 tbspΒ Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Ginger — very finely sliced
- 1 tbspΒ Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Coriander leaves chopped
- 1 tspΒ Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Mint leaves chopped
- 1 tspΒ Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Salt
- 1 tbspΒ Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β lemon juice
- 1/2 tspΒ Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β all spice masala
- Oil for cookingΒ Β {about 3Β Β /4Β Β Β tbsp}
Method :
- Clean the fish and marinate it with salt and lime juice for half and hour. Wash and keep aside.
- Heat oil and add the tomatoes and stir well.
- Add the red chilly powder, gingerΒ Β / garlic paste and the yoghurt, mix well and cook for about 5 minutes.
- Add in the ginger slices, coriander leaves and mint leaves.
- Stir and cook till tomatoes are tender.
- Add salt and the fish. Gently stir and semi cover the pan and cook on low fire for about 10 minutes.Β In 10 minutes the fish will have flaked out
- You may add lemon juice to this gravy before serving.
- This dish can be eaten with chapattis and plain rice.
