Ingredients:

  • 500 gmsΒ Β Β Β Β Β Β Β sliced Salmon fish
  • 3Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β TomatoesΒ Β Β chopped
  • 1 tspΒ Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Red chilly powder
  • 1 tspΒ Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β GingerΒ Β / garlic paste
  • 1/4 cupΒ Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Yoghurt
  • 2 tbspΒ Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Ginger — very finely sliced
  • 1 tbspΒ Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Coriander leaves chopped
  • 1 tspΒ Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Mint leaves chopped
  • 1 tspΒ Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Salt
  • 1 tbspΒ Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β lemon juice
  • 1/2 tspΒ Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β all spice masala
  • Oil for cookingΒ Β {about 3Β Β /4Β Β Β tbsp}

Method :

  1. Clean the fish and marinate it with salt and lime juice for half and hour. Wash and keep aside.
  2. Heat oil and add the tomatoes and stir well.
  3. Add the red chilly powder, gingerΒ Β / garlic paste and the yoghurt, mix well and cook for about 5 minutes.
  4. Add in the ginger slices, coriander leaves and mint leaves.
  5. Stir and cook till tomatoes are tender.
  6. Add salt and the fish. Gently stir and semi cover the pan and cook on low fire for about 10 minutes.Β In 10 minutes the fish will have flaked out
  7. You may add lemon juice to this gravy before serving.
  8. This dish can be eaten with chapattis and plain rice.
