BAJRA (PEARL MILLET) & JOWAR (SORGHUM) ROTI recipe by Monika Singhania

Ingredients 

–  1 cup Bajra flour

– 1 cup jowar flour

-1/4 cup whole wheat flour

-1/2 table-spoon ghee

-1/2 cup chopped moringa leaves/ spinach leaves

– 1 table-spoon flaxseed powder

– salt to taste

Preparation

-mix all the ingredients in a bowl and bind to a normal dough

– Rest the dough for 10- 15 mins

– Divide the dough into 5-6 balls and roll out in normal rotis using dry jowar flour.

– Roast it on a griddle (tawa) like normal rotis, final roasting can be done on an open flame.

– Apply ghee and it’s ready to eat.

– Option – can also make paratha with the same dough.
