Indian Street Food Recipe: Spicy, Tangy, Salty Bhel Chaat

BHEL CHAAT

Serves: Three Time required : 15 minutes
Ingredients:
bhel mix 1cup(s)
tomato, diced 1
potato, boiled and chopped 1
onion, diced 1
fresh coriander, chopped 2 tsp(s)
tamarind chutney 1 tbsp(s)
coriander chutney 1/2 tbsp(s)
chat masala 1/2 tsp(s)
chili powder 1 tsp(s)
Salt to taste
Directions:
1. Mix tomato, potato, onion, and coriander, together. Stir in chutneys, chaat masala, chili powder, and salt.
2. Carefully stir in the bhel mix and garnish with some coriander. Adjust seasonings and serve immediately.
