Makes 4-6 serving
- 3 Eggs
- 1 (12-ounce) can evaporated milk
- 1 cup shredded cheese (mozarella, Swiss, jack)
- 1 cup chopped ham, or
- 1 cup steamed broccoli flowerets, or
- 1 – 1-1/2 cups YOUR CHOICE
- In a medium bowl, combine eggs and milk.
- Add cheese and meat and/or vegetables.
- Pour into Baked Pastry Shell. Bake for 30 – 35 minutes until top is lightly browned and quiche custard is set in the middle.
Allow quiche to set for a few minutes before cutting.
