As the era of #NewNormal us upon us, we must get ready to face it. However, in order to face it we must be prepared with items that will help us. These items are not only crucial in order to eradicate the COVID-19 virus from our environment, but also help to protect ourselves from it. For that reason, you need to make sure that you have all of these items in your bag before going outside.
Here are some of the things that you need to bring:
Hand Sanitizers are one of the most important things you can bring to protect yourself from the virus. Use it as much as possible, before and after doing an activity. However, if you’ve got the chance to wash your hands, do that instead of using hand sanitizer as it is more effective in getting germs out of your hands.
- Wet and Dry Tissues
It is advisable that you bring both wet and dry tissues as it can be used when opening or closing doors, cleaning tables or chairs that you will use. Other than that, it can also be used to dry hands after washing it as restroom hand dryers have been proven to be less sanitary.
- Use a mask and bring an additional face mask
In order to do your activities like usual in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic, using a cloth face mask is paramount. It’s also as important to bring another face mask to replace the one you are wearing. This applies to everyone, whether you are running errands indoors or outdoors.
- Cutlery Set
For those who have started to work at the office, it would be better for you to bring your own cutlery set (especially spoons and forks) and wash it immediately after you are done using it. This also applies if you are eating takeaways, in which you bring your own eating utensils. Another advice we have is to bring your own lunch from home, so you wouldn’t need to go outside your office to look for food.
- Bring Your Own Helmet
For those who are using online motorcycles or ojek online, it would be better to bring your own personal helmet. As it’s the new norm to use ojek online for health reasons, bringing your own motorcycle helmet prevents chances of viruses in the helmet transferred to your body.
- Supplements or Multi-Vitamins
Other than bringing items that you need to fight off the virus, you also need to prepare supplements and multivitamins. This is especially important if we do not get the required nutrients from the food we eat. Consume vitamins that complete the required vitamin deficiency that you may have in order to maintain your immune system.
