Anti Inflammatory Turmeric & Spice Mix for Healthy Drinks

Spice mix for anti-inflammatory tea, milkshake, and yes even coffee. You can add a tea bag to it for tea, serve it cold over ice or make a golden ice cream shake or smoothie!

Ingredients
3 tbsp powdered turmeric
2.5 to 3 tsp ground cardamom
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp saffron (6 strands) crushed

Store in airtight container in a dry, cool, dark storage for upto 3 months.

How to Use
Heat 1/4 cup of dairy/non dairy milk with 1 tsp spice mix and sweetener of choice, until boiling.
Then add the rest of the hot water/milk/ice etc as per drink required

Options:
– Add hot milk for golden milk
– Add a tea bag with hot water
– add coffee with hot water
– add cold milk, ice cubes and blend for a shake
