What is ‘Law of Attraction’?

Let’s start with the basics. Law of attraction works on the assumptions that whatever you wish for comes true with just the power of visualization. It is something that cannot be stopped and will always work whenever, wherever. Whatever you wish for will be attracted towards you, just as they say- like attracts like. If you focus on the negative things in life, then the negative will come to you. But if you focus on the good things in life, then the good things will follow through too.

How to Use Law of Attraction to Improve Life

Based on the rules presented in the law of attraction, it is therefore not impossible for many to improve their lives just based on this rule:

Think of what you want in your life

The first rule of ‘law of attraction’ mentions that one must visualize what they want in their lives. It can even be a passing thought or a serious one, like a long term dream. Whatever it may be, the law of attraction pertains that you will get what you want.

Be aware that this applies to all types of dreams and passing thoughts. Even focusing on bad things continuously will only attract the negative consequences that you are thinking of, rather than the positive ones that is truly what you want.

Create plans and what you want to do after you have achieved your dream

Another part of law of attraction includes thinking what you want to do afterwards after you have achieved your dreams. This would mean that you are being extremely hopeful that you will be achieving your dream, enforcing the power of visualization for the things that you hope for.

A simple example can be waiting for a blue feather. As random and absurd it may be, the universe will grant your wish-it is its primary job. Visualize what the blue feather looks like, and what you will do after finding said blue feather. This will help the visualization process and therefore help you find the blue feather.

Write mental notes

After visualizing the dream that you wish to be fulfilled, it’s time to think about the circumstances that is involved in the dream you had. Whichever it may be, creating mental notes helps to strengthen the visualization process of what you wish to happen to your life.

Write tons and tons of mental notes: what you want in your life, what are the specials circumstances that you want to occur in your life, what you WISH will occur in your life instead of the things that ARE happening and so forth. Creating mental notes like this will help put you in a good mood for the things that are going to happen in your life.

Write what you are grateful for

Visualizing, looking at the special circumstances that you want and the things you want to avoid? You have done it all. The next step is to write what are the things that you are grateful for in life. The law of attraction does not work without its fair share of terms and conditions.

Grab a paper (or else make a mental note), sit down in a comfortable space and begin to think. What are you most grateful for? As much as we hope for several things to happen in our life, somethings we forget about the special circumstances that we are already given and blessed with. For that reason, put yourself in a much more positive atmosphere by writing down what you are grateful for in this life. Doing this also ensures that you will look at your life more positively.

Clear your resentment

In order for the law of attraction to work, you will have to let go of old feelings. Improve your life by opening your heart to good emotions and letting go of bad feelings.

First identify what are the bad emotions you are feeling at this moment. Afterwards, think of the good things that are bound to happen in your life. Are the bad feelings worth the good amount of things that will happen to you? Decide then and there, you will find yourself feeling more positive and letting go of previously negative emotions.

Manifestation: follow the signs

The final step is to allow the universe to work its magic. You have done everything you can, you have put yourself in such a positive atmosphere and even let go of the negative emotions that you have in your life. The next thing to do is to follow the signs with a smile on your face. Whichever the wind blows, follow through and you shall find what you are looking for.

In conclusion, the law of attraction can be many things, from the smallest little things to bigger things in your life that can have a huge impact on your life. If you are a beginner, we would recommend that you start your journey with smaller requests like the blue feather mentioned above. But if your heart is especially distraught, you can start big and gain big in your life.
