Spinach Muthia Recipe

Ingredients:

1 Cupย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Wheat flour

ยผ Cup ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Gram Flour

30grย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Oil for dough

2tspย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Ginger Paste

2tspย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Garlic paste

2tspย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Green Chili paste

1 Pinchย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Asafoetida powder

1 tspย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  Dry coriander green leaves

2tspย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Fenugreek leaves

1 cupย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย Spinach leaves

Method:

  1. Make a dough mixing all these ingredients.
  2. Knead the dough with the help of hot water
  3. Make sure the dough is thick
  4. Shape the dough in your palm
  5. Steam it for 30mins
  6. Cool it
  7. Shallow fry with coriander leaves
