Fruits are not a favorite of everyone. But no matter how much one can hate fruits, it is necessary to consume it for your body’s health. An easy way to consume it easily and deliciously is make it into a fruit juice. You can mix it up however you like, but one that we recommend orange & apple drink.
|Wash, stem, peel and core the apples, and cut them into small pieces.
|Put in a blender along with the orange and lemon juices, and run the blender on medium speed till apple is fully blended.
|Add salt to taste and chill.
|Pour into juice glasses and garnish with roughly chopped orange and apple segments.
