- curry leaves,
- moringa leaves,
- black pepper whole,
- organic or home made turmeric powder
Heat a pan, preferably a cooker
Add one teaspoon of ghee or coconut oil or olive oil
Add few cloves of garlic. Up to 8 for 2 persons
Half onion sliced
Add chopped carrots.
Add blended tomatoes with curry leaves and moringa leaves – about a handful
5 to 6 peppercorns
