YOGURT SALAD

Ingredients:

  • 1 bowl fresh yogurt
  • 1/2 a tomato, finely chopped
  • 1/2 an onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 a cucmber, finely chopped
  • 2 brocolli florets, finely chopped
  • 1/2 a carrot, finely chopped
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp. chaat masala

Directions:

  1. Take a bowl add fresh curd, cucumber, tomatoes, fine chopped onions, fine chopped carrots, fine chopped broccoli salt to taste, chaat masala.
  2. Mix well keep it in a freezer for an hour or so.

Serve it cool!
