Today when each of us is under various kinds of stress either professional, personal, social, financial, economical, environmental, etc., Yoga comes to you as aย rescue, not to eliminate the problems but to empower and overcome them.

Binay Sahoo Yoga TeacherFounder ofย Sun Yoga Indonesia, Binay Sahoo has studied all the aspects of Yoga from Bihar School of yoga Munger, NS NIS patiala Punjab, Iyengar Yoga Pune, and many more. He aims to help his students achieve physical, mental and emotional balance and help them deepen their practice through the wisdom of Hatha Yoga.

Tips & Requirements:

  • Wear comfortable loose clothes during the asanas.
  • Use a yoga mat or a carpet to perform your asanas. Donโ€™t directly practice on the floor.
  • Practice on an empty stomach empty or at least 2-3 hours of gap between meals.

Step 1

Watch the Indoindians website, FB wall and Instagram for a daily video or photo demonstration of a simple yoga pose. Along with the pose we will state the directions, benefits and contradictions related to the particular pose.

Step 2

Follow the directions of the asana/pose till you can do it perfectly. Post your photo/video or go FB live in the asana challenge of the day and remember to tag @INDOINDIANSย  on Instagram & FB with hashtag #IndoindiansYogaChallenge

You can also tag your friends and nominate them to participate in the challenge with you.
