Mint and Mango Chutney

Ingredients :

  • 1 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1 cup ripe mango chunks
  • 1/2 teaspoon plus 1?8 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon plus 1?8 teaspoon mild curry
  • 3 tablespoons plus 1/2 teaspoon cilantro
  • 1-1/2 tablespoons red onion, diced
  • Pinch red chili flakes
  • 1 lemon, juice and zest
  • 3 tablespoons, plus 1/2 teaspoon water

 

Method :

Combine all ingredients and blend in a food processor. Serve as a condiment alongside samosas.
