Oats, Whole Wheat Flour and Sattu Roti recipe by Monika Singhania

Ingredients

– 1 cup oats Flour

-1 cup roasted Chana flour

-1/2 whole wheat flower

– 1 small onion finely chopped

-1/2 cup chopped  moringa leaves

– pinch of salt

-1/2 table spoon of Ghee

Preparation:

-mix all the ingredients in a bowl and bind to a normal dough

– Rest the dough for 10- 15 mins

– Divide the dough into 5-6 balls and roll out in normal rotis using dry jowar flour.

– Roast it on a griddle (tawa) like normal rotis, final roasting can be done on an open flame.

– Apply ghee and it’s ready to eat.

– Option – can also make paratha with the same dough.
