Are you ready to reboot your diet and lifestyle with a daily green smoothie? This 7-Day Green Smoothie Challenge is designed to get you started, or re-started, on a daily green smoothie regimen. Before you get started, let’s go over a few basics.
What is a Green Smoothie?
Well, it’s a pretty simple (and tasty) combo: leafy greens + fruit + liquid-base … and maybe some fancy superfood toppings.
What exactly is the challenge?
7 Day Green Smoothie Challenge can start any day you are ready.
It’s simple – for 7 days replace one of your regular meals with one of the green smoothie recipes that we will provide along with shopping list.
This is NOT a green smoothie fast.
What you have to do…
Get all items on the shopping list and post your selfie with your shopping your facebook page and tag Indoindians and hashtag #7DayGreenSmoothieChallenge
Prep your ingredients for your smoothies as per the recipes for each of the 7 day challenge.
Make your first smoothie and post your selfie with the smoothie and post along with your comments here on FB. Remember to tag Indoindians and hashtag #7DayGreenSmoothieChallenge
Lets Get Set Go….
This is NOT a green smoothie fast. Continue to eat the healthiest, whole food meals that you can during your other two meals while on this challenge.
FOR 7 STRAIGHT DAYS :
You’ll blend a daily green smoothie that will fuel your body and boost your energy.
LET’S CLEAR SOMETHING UP:
For the next 7 days of drinking a daily green smoothie, you should still eat regular meals and move your body. This is not a starvation diet.

Pictures, videos and stories from you and the other challenge participants are what make the 7 Day Green Smoothie Challenge so much fun.
