Ginger tea with a twist – a hot, spicy and sweet tea relaxes and re-energizes.
- 1 Lt of water
- 200 grams of fine brown sugar
- 100 grams of ginger. Roast over a flame and crush.
- 5 cm piece of cinnamon
- 2 pieces of pandan leaf
- 5 cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Bring to a boil – water, pandan leaves, brown sugar, ginger, cinnamon, cloves and salt.
- Strain and serve hot.
